Burgundy Blend 60% Pinot Noir/40% Gamay — This well balanced red wine is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay. It has medium low tannins with subtle undertones of cranberry, cherry, vanilla and licorice. When it comes to pairing this wine with food, we like to refer to it as the “Catch All Wine” it is light enough for salmon but complex enough to hold up to some richer meats including duck.

Pinot Noir — Medium bodied dry red with dominate flavors of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and blackberry with more subtle hints of earth driven flavors like mushroom, leather and warm spice. Pairs well with pork and poultry, beef, bacon, fish, lamb, wild game and even chocolate.
