Pinot Gris is a mutation of the red grape Pinot Noir and its skin is not green like most white varietals but instead is a greyish blue, which is what gives the grape its name. Pairs well with light fish dishes, antipasto, light pasta sauces, risotto, and fish.

Burgundy Blend 60% Pinot Noir/40% Gamay — This well balanced red wine is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay. It has medium low tannins with subtle undertones of cranberry, cherry, vanilla and licorice. When it comes to pairing this wine with food, we like to refer to it as the “Catch All Wine” it is light enough for salmon but complex enough to hold up to some richer meats including duck.

With a deep ruby color and bouquet of plums and blueberries it evolves to iris and violets with a full, firm and elegant finish on the palate.
