Pinot Grigio (AKA Pinot Gris) is a dry white wine that has a punchy acidity with flavors of lemons, limes, grapefruit, green apple, and honeysuckle. Pinot Gris is a mutation of the red grape Pinot Noir and its skin is not green like most white varietals but instead is a greyish blue, which is what gives the grape its name.     Burgundy Blend 60% Pinot Noir/40% Gamay — This well balanced red wine is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay. It has medium low tannins with subtle undertones of cranberry, cherry, vanilla and licorice. When it comes to pairing this wine with food, we like to refer to it as the “Catch All Wine” it is light enough for salmon but complex enough to hold up to some richer meats including duck.
